By accessing or using Deepline ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
Deepline is an AI chess coaching service. It analyzes your games, explains your moves, identifies recurring mistakes, and provides puzzles and training. Coaching explanations are generated by AI grounded in a chess engine and are for educational purposes; they may not always be perfect. The Service integrates with third-party platforms such as Chess.com and Lichess.
You must be at least 13 years old to use Deepline. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the consent and supervision of a parent or guardian.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for activity under your account. You agree to provide accurate information during registration. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.
Deepline offers a free tier and a paid Premium subscription (currently $8/month or $70/year). Payments are processed by Stripe.
Free trial: paid plans start with a 7-day free trial. We collect your payment method up front, and unless you cancel before the trial ends, the subscription automatically converts to a paid plan and your card is charged.
Auto-renewal:subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or yearly) until you cancel. You can cancel anytime from your profile; access continues through the end of the period you've paid for.
Refunds:we offer a 14-day refund — if you're not satisfied, email us within 14 days of a charge and we'll refund it.
Price changes:we may change prices; we'll give notice before a change affects your renewal, and continued use after the change means you accept the new price.
You agree not to: abuse rate limits or overload the Service; scrape or reverse-engineer any part of the Service; resell or share your account; or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.
All content, branding, and code comprising the Service are owned by Deepline. Your game data and analysis results remain yours. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to process your game data to provide analysis and coaching.
Chess analysis and coaching are computational and educational. We do not guarantee any specific improvement in your rating or results. You are responsible for how you use the coaching provided.
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of any kind. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that analysis will be free of inaccuracies.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Deepline shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.
You may stop using the Service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Sections that by their nature should survive termination (e.g. intellectual property, disclaimers, limitation of liability) will survive.
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. We'll update the date above and notify users of material changes by email or in-app. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.
